Job duties

Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for client requirements
Provide outstanding candidate care expertise through understanding their motivations and potential, then supporting them to be job ready and engaged in the selection process
Developing and using creative advertising and social media strategies to attract the best candidates
Qualifying, screening and interviewing candidates
Presenting shortlists, candidate summaries and assessments and arranging interview logistics
Maintaining the online candidate tracking systems
Increasing a quality candidate base through referrals

Enthusiasm, energy and a can do attitude
Excellent time management and multi tasking ability
Exceptional organisational skills
Demonstrable experience in a fast paced environment
A background that demonstrates client/customer engagement with strong problem solving skills
