We are currently looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our head office team.

The Role

• Driving the Cosmetics Fragrance Direct Store teams through positive feedback and coaching
• Identifying skill gaps within team and/or individual Team Members and provide training accordingly
• Providing advice and support to Store Managers on HR and recruitment.
• Performance management
• End to end recruitment
• Involvement in performance reviews for stores and warehouse facility
• Employee record keeping and confidentially
• Other administrations activities

About you

The right candidate will ideally have the following key attributes:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• HR qualifications
• Highly motivated, proactive and confident team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A drive to inspire.
• Solid retail retail background.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting all people related activities across the Cosmetics Fragrance Direct store network and Head Office.
