Essendon Fields is one of Randstad's largest Industrial offices. This high achieving branch is known for going above and beyond our clients expectations.
Working on one of our largest Industrial desk's, you will be directly responsible for the recruitment and account management of your clients. This is an extremely hot desk and you will be directly responsible for looking after up to 150-200 casuals during peak season.
This opportunity would be suited to individuals who enjoy managing a desk with big responsibilities and have a passion for offering their clients excellent service. You will be responsible for large volume recruits of up to 80 new casuals in short time frames throughout the year and be meticulous in sourcing your clients only the finest staff that stand out from your competitors.
To be successful in this role you will ideally need the following skills and attributes:
- Second to none client service
- A passion to be the best and stand out from the crowd
- Go above and beyond clients expectations
- Have a drive to grow market share within existing clients
- Comfortable with on site client meetings from HR to production managers
- Able to work under pressure and excellent at multitasking
- Have very good administrative skills and be able to assist clients with all reporting requests
- Fill daily rosters
