The opportunity?
As part of Toll Group’s new growth strategy, a temporary opportunity has become available within Toll’s Global Express Division for a HSE Coordinator. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support the business to manage and maintain the HSE risk profile, risk assessment and risk management processes
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, incident investigations
- Ensure all operational activities comply with applicable laws and regulations and Toll’s codes of conduct
- Support the implementation and maintenance of external HSE certifications
- Conduct and lead incident investigations
- Assist in data analysis, research and other technical HSE work to provide technical input to HSE planning
The ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar HSE position. You will be experienced in relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders. You will have Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines
