About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the EPlus Learning & Development team, to help drive and deliver our national strategy and establish a learning culture across the organisation. This role will partner with our national office functions and contact centre to develop capabilities and build a high performance workforce. This is a 6 month maternity leave replacement role

This role will work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to ensure we achieve effective, engaging and sustained learning.

  • Develop and facilitate a range of national and cohort specific learning programs, workshops and development activities across the organisation.
  • Partner with key stakeholder groups to assess learning needs and identify opportunities at an individual, team and departmental level.
  • Evaluate learning solutions, including benchmarking and investigating return on investment.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels to ensure learning activities are implemented and desired outcomes achieved.
  • Monitor and manage compliance training requirements.

About you:

This role is an integral part of supporting organisational performance and growth, as such the highest level of credibility, professionalism, commitment and drive is required.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in content and program development, facilitation and evaluation across a range of programs and audiences.
  • Experience across multiple industries or stakeholder groups. Contact/call centre, customer service and sales is desirable.
  • Worked in a similar role either as a consultant, advisor or business partner.
  • The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships to achieve goals.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, attention to detail and high quality focused.
  • A positive, professional outlook, passionate about people, development and change.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning & Development or Training and Assessment is desirable.
