Exciting opportunity to join an international law firm in their Brisbane office as HR Advisor. Work closely with London global head office.

  • Provide HR services across the firm's Australian offices

  • Legal background or professional services experience preferred


Our client is looking for a HR professional to be located in the firm's Brisbane office and support the firm's Australian offices. Working closely with the firm's London head office your duties will include:


  • being the first point of contact for HR advice within Australia;

  • work in partnership with line managers on performance management, resourcing, employee development and management;

  • work closely with Executive Partners to foster a cohesive and collaborative culture in line with the firm's values;

  • provide credible advice on people issues, best practice and statutory requirements;

  • develop effective working relationships with people at all levels to add value to the delivery of HR services;

  • provide input into policy development activities to raise awareness of and ensure compliance with best practice; and

  • support the delivery of strategic HR projects as required including merger and lateral hires.


To be suitable for this role, ideally you will have a HR working background in a law firm or professional servies firm.
