The PJL Group with its Head Office in Orange is a market leading business with a strong national imprint providing expert Engineering, Fabrication, Repair and Maintenance services to the Mining, Earthmoving and Construction Industries through the provision of expert services that are provided through Workshop and Field Service delivery in NSW, QLD and WA. The business is in a strong growth and development stage as it continues to widen and develop its offerings in both products and services.
Working collaboratively with the Leadership Team we now wish to appoint a professional, Degree Qualified Group HR Manager who will assume the responsibility of leading over 300 Staff in a dynamic,fast paced, fluid business that is Innovative, Forward Thinking, Flexible, Brave and Caring. The role encompasses leading the total HR People function, Head Office Administration, WHS Compliance and Inter-State Businesses with a focus on consistent development of all appropriate procedures and policies including the provision of professional advice to all levels of the organisation on related matters.
The successful appointee will posses the following:
Degree in Human Resource Management (or relevant tertiary studies)
Cert IV WHS
Return to work Coordinator
Occupational First Aid Cert (Valued)
HR Law experience is advantageous
Essentially, the ability to develop, implement, manage and maintain the consistent measurement of issues that support the accomplishment of the Company's strategic goals and the improvement of processes that add Clarity, Value, Efficiency and Teamwork are key.

As this role has national responsibility travel to our facilities and Client sites is required.
