The Opportunity
They are currently searching for a Sourcing Lead to help them source and attract top executive mining talent. Reporting into the Executive Recruitment Principal, you will play a pivotal role in devising effective sourcing strategies for executive level roles across the organisation.
- Executive candidate sourcing
- Market mapping
- ELT stakeholder management
- Preparation of market insights
- BI reporting and analysis
- Critical role analysis and succession planning
To Be Successful
You will bring in-depth experience in candidate sourcing at the executive level, ideally gained in mining or related sectors - energy, resources, infrastructure etc. You will be known for your outstanding service levels, your effective sourcing strategies and your ability to deliver on the toughest of briefs.
- Executive candidate sourcing in mining or related sectors
- In-house experience preferred, but open to search firm background
- In-depth experience in global market mapping, direct approaches and management of executive candidates
- Strong service ethic
