The Organisation

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will partner with internal stakeholders up to executive level to develop, evolve and deliver on global talent strategies. The key purpose of the Talent Management team is to identify and address capability gaps, create desired career experiences and strengthen the internal talent pipeline for operational priority, leadership and business critical roles across the organisation.
- Deliver improvements across talent initiatives and processes
- Design and support the global annual talent review processes
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure talent strategy and activities are aligned to the business objectives
- Lead the graduate recruitment campaign design and program management
- Present initiatives and recommendations to the Executive Committee to seek endorsement
- Partner with the broader people team to drive and implement talent management excellence
- Talent data analysis and reporting
To Be Successful
It is essential that you are a motivated person who has the energy and resilience to manage complex global talent programs in a global matrix structure. Key to your success will be a track record of talent management experience and achievements gained across a diverse and globally represented organisation.
- Deep talent management expertise in a complex matrix-style organisation
- Preference for experience in mining or related sectors e.g. resources, utilities, infrastructure
- Ability to engage executive level stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-profile role
- Available for occasional domestic and Asia Pacific travel
