About the role

Reporting to the Change Steam Leader, the purpose of the Learning and Development Design Specialist is to develop and deliver innovative and targeted learning and development solutions using a range of learning tools and methodologies.

You will be responsible for;

  • Designing, developing, delivering and evaluating of all project training activities
  • Developing and facilitating of customised training programs and e-learning programs
  • Utilise a Learning Management System (LMS) to record and report on training activities
  • Developing effective assessment and evaluation tools to assess competencies and measure outcomes
  • Work closely with Change Managers, Business and Process Analysts to agree business impacts and the flow on effects to training

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrated similar Learning and Development Design Specialist and some change analyst expertise across large scale enterprise wide IT projects or programs
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110) or equivalent (essential)
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Demonstrated experience working with e-learning tools such as Articulate &/or Captivate (desirable)
  • Strong experience in identifying training needs, design, development, facilitation and evaluation
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
