About the role
As the Client Relationship Manager for the MSP Program you will be the central stakeholder for all contingent labour hires across AUS/NZ. You will be required to develop and maintain key client relationships whilst directly managing the agency supplier panel.

To be successful you will require demonstrated experience in handling multi-site requirements, workforce planning, rate management, Modern Award and EBA interpretation and risk/compliance management. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic partner and will suit someone who would like to focus on business relationships whilst leaving the candidate-based activities to the specialist agencies

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong and strategic relationships
• Gain and share market intelligence on contingent hiring trends
• Facilitate contingent labour hiring requests from intake consult to candidate offer
• Provide users with training and education on program protocols and processes
• Support supplier engagement and performance strategies
• Develop process and program improvement recommendations
• Update operational documentation and materials at regular review periods
• Comply with all program and client policies and standards

Essential:
• Recruitment experience is desired
• Experience managing and engaging with clients and suppliers
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise conflicting deliverables
• Strong communication skills
