We know the pressures that Recruitment Consultants are under and have decided to take a different approach.  We have taken sales away allowing to focus on attracting the right candidates for the job. 

What the role entails:

• Under the direction of the Recruitment Manager, you will be required to attract, interview and retain good quality candidates for both the Mining, Construction, Industrial, Warehousing and White Collar positions all over Queensland
• Provide ongoing support to the Account Managers

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a Recruitment Position 
• Mining, Construction and Trade knowledge (desired)
• A dedication for hard work and a 'can do' positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Accurate data entry and data base management skills
• Excellent telephone manner and ability to converse with a range of people
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding personal organisation skills and a hard working mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and within a small team
• Ability to interpret awards and site agreements an advantage
• Strategic thinker who takes initiative 
• Demonstrates eagerness to improve and develop the business 

On offer for the successful person:

• Permanent Position - Monday to Friday
• Competitive Salary Package - Dependent on experience 
• 45K - 55K + Super salary package
