Description

  • HR leadership across strategic initiatives by partnering as a member of the Regional Management Team across initiatives which involve new business opportunities or existing efficiencies / growth plans.
  • Balancing the focus on strategic requirements which include - organisational design, workforce planning and overall governance of HR activities within the region.
  • Management of all Employee Relations matters to mitigate legal or cultural risk within location - performance; illness; injury; structure.
  • Recruit and retain high quality talent within the business.
  • Work with Organisational Development (OD) team to identify high potentials within the organisation and assist with their development planning.
  • Ensure the business has a clear Learning and Development focus for the business financial year.
  • Act as a trusted advisor working with leaders on their succession plans at MD, Director and Manager levels within the business.
  • Ensure appropriate Workforce Planning for the ANZ & APAC business.
  • Support Organisational Design initiatives to align capabilities with the business priorities to ensure continuous improvement and structural evolution.
  • Support the Remuneration and Benefits team with the implementation of the annual remuneration review process.
  • Work with Remuneration on Benefits to ensure global mobility is conducted in a fair and standardised manner.
  • Work with Remuneration and Benefits to regularly review the effectiveness of the recognition program and provide assistance and support as required.
  • Work with leaders to identify opportunities for changes within their groups. Support them through the change by providing sound business recommendations in light of talent and business requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and Action Planning across our Global Employee Survey.
  • Execution of the APAC Diversity and Inclusion Plan

Profile

  • Commercial acumen to deliver thought leadership to the local and global business.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR programs and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including an ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • Relationship management and influencing skills.
