Here in the Oceania subsidiary, we require an Office Coordinator to join our vibrant team based in our new stylish and professional office in Wetherill Park.

This is a newly created position, reporting to the HR Manager; the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop in the role and make the position their own!!! This will be a great step with career progression into human resource or office management.

The successful applicant will manage the day to day administrative operations of the office activities and related functions, whilst supporting other business activities.

Some duties will include:

  • Reception
  • Human Resource administrative support – including coordinating inductions, on-boarding and off boarding.
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate events/social committee and staff incentive programs
  • Travel policy management
  • Coordinating catering for meetings/events
  • General administrative support to leadership team
  • Coordinating IT
  • Facilities and property Management coordination
  • Ordering general office supplies
  • Processing invoices
  • Executing/Managing policies e.g. environmental policies
  • Telephone Directory and Organisational Chart Updates
  • Greets and attends to external visitors
  • Manage general office operations and procedures e.g. telephone and staff asset register

The successful applicant must have previous administrative experience and will demonstrate the ability to learn new systems/processes quickly. Reliability with superior organisational skills are vital, professional presentation with the ability to prioritise high volumes of work against critical deadlines. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills as also a must.
