About the Company
Our client is a highly successful, corporate organisation operating within the Health Industry who are currently searching for Resourcer, who has ideally supported a recruitment team to join them on a contract basis. You will have the opportunity to join the team in state of the art offices in Mulgrave, with parking offered.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced resourcer who has ideally supported a recruitment team.
- Manage and maintain files
- Phone screening candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Coordinating assessment centres
- Communicating with line managers to discuss feedback / business needs
- Sorting and filing of documents
- Drafting email correspondence
- Promptly answering/directing phone calls and taking messages
- Maintain internal database
- Managing weekly assessment centres
- Assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong experience in a similar role ideally supporting a recruitment team
- Experience utilising PageUp highly desirable
- Proactive attitude with ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with all levels of the business
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to prioritise and meet objectives
