The Opportunity
Reporting to the relevant Lead HR Business Partner and working as part of a high performing collective of Human Resources professionals, your remit will be to partner with senior staff in your client portfolio and to provide operational and strategic HR service and advice. Along with this you will be responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders to provide tailored, value-add solutions through considered and collaborative workforce planning and talent management initiatives including coaching and support to assist in achieving business objectives.
As a key member of Monash HR, you will:
- Apply a solution-focused approach to HR business partnering
- Champion HR initiatives by driving continuous improvement in capability, performance and managing organisational change
- Proactively case manage initial interventions to address unsatisfactory performance, underperformance during probation and general employee relations matters
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships within the organisation
You will need substantial experience in HR management practices and service delivery (strategic and operational) in a business partnering role. Your demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in a large, complex and fast-paced environment will sit nicely with your sound judgement, exceptional planning and organisational skills.
This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
