Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Officer in the Leadership Strategy team to join this large complex government department. This position sits within an exciting reform program which will lead the development and implementation of the new Leadership Framework for the cluster.
Your new role In this role the key accountabilities are
- Undertake a needs analysis relating to leadership culture and capability across the cluster;
- Bring an understanding of contemporary and best practice leadership approaches and how they might apply;
- Develop a draft leadership strategy and manage complex stakeholder consultation to develop and refine the draft;
- Finalise the strategy and translate into actionable streams of work as required;
- Work with Strategic Communications and Learning & Development to deliver the Leader Alliance capstone event.
What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent communication skills extension knowledge knowledge and proven work with Leadership and Capability framework. Experience working with large complex organisations undergoing change.
