This ASX Listed business is going through a true transformation and is embarking on an exciting new journey. Due to recent extensive growth and restructure, they are looking for a part-time HR Business Partner to support their Legal and Risk client groups.
Working as a true HR Business Partner, you will work closely with centres of excellent to drive the business and people agendas for your area.
You will be an excellent relationship builder, who is able to partner with senior leaders supporting them through a significant period of change, transformation and growth.
In addition to managing the annual HR cycle for your area - performance, reward, etc, you will be confident to drive any change and transformation initiatives as well as manage any Employee Relations issues that arise.
This is a three day a week role and is initially a 12 month contract with potential for permanent. It is an exciting time to join this business and you will work with a supportive and high performing team based in Sydney CBD.
