A 2-year fixed term contract for a Learning and Development Consultant is available within the People and Development team of a growing organisation with a community focus. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People and Development, you will work across a range of projects in the following areas:

• Analyse current training offerings and implement redeveloped designs
• Plan and implement new training programs
• Work with subject matter experts to analyse, design and develop effective learning materials
• Develop and design a range of face-to-face learning, supported with training materials such as training plans, training needs analyses, PowerPoint presentations, course outlines, handouts, etc. 
• Utilise our LMS to manage our training offerings.

To be successful in this role you will offer: 

• Experience in designing organisation-wide training programs and face-to-face learning
• Ability to work autonomously and drive process with minimal direction
• Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
