With clear and ongoing growth forecasted for the sector and an already large under catered for client base we are excited about our massive growth potential and so are looking to onboard a Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant to the team.
  
As a Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant the responsibilities of your role will cover but not be limited to;

• Become a Data Analytics Market SME; keep abreast of market trends and developments, attend conferences and networking events.
• Recruitment Process: Qualify requirements, market map and shortlist talent, manage the interview process, negotiate and close job offers.
• Account Management: Manage relationships with new/existing clients, attend client meetings and role briefings, pre-empt client needs and deliver a service that exceeds client expectations.
• Candidate Management: Market map to pipeline talent, conduct candidate interviews, build strong professional relationships, coach and mentor job seekers though the recruitment process.

As the ideal candidate for this role you will be able to demonstrate;

• At least 1-5 years of relevant recruitment industry experience
• Abiliity to manage large and complex client’s relationships
• A proactive approach to work with a genuine desire to achieve the best possible outcome for your clients, candidates and yourself too

Salary package; $70-100k Base + Super + Excellent Commission Structure
