Baytech trades have been supplying the Electrical Industry for 40 years supporting small, medium and large businesses, from Domestic to light industrial, heavy industrial, to High Voltage. From major infrastructure projects to small domestic jobs.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, you may have come straight out of University with your studies being oriented around Occupational Health and Safety as well as Quality Assurance.
You will be working closely with the Director and other managers within the business, completing site visits within the construction and electrical industry, completing reviews and other office tasks
The position also encompass office duties and administration tasks, however the emphasis with be around Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety Environment, risk assessments along with planning and implantation
The Key duties of this role will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure Quality Assurance systems are followed at all times
- Complete risk assessment as required
- Basic administration tasks
- Ensuring all staff (sub-contracts or labour hire) are fully compliant and are following the strict safety and quality standards and follow best practises at all times.

To be considered for this role you will have the following proven key attributes:
- An outstanding communicator - written and verbal, presentations & reports
- Some experience in quality assurance systems, administrating & managing them
- Have a can do attitude, willingness to learn and grow
