As one of South Australia’s premier Councils promoting a thriving workplace culture which includes work/life balance and attractive salary packaging, we are seeking a contemporary and accomplished professional to lead the People and Culture function.
Reporting to the General Manager Organisational and Community Development, you will operate as a key member and driver of the Leadership Group and have proven experience at strategic and operational level, with achievements in:
- Organisational culture and change management;
- Workforce planning and organisational development, particularly leadership development;
- Performance management and development;
- Talent acquisition and management;
- Workplace health, safety and wellbeing; and
- Industrial and employee relations.
With a progressive leadership style and exceptional communication skills, you will be highly capable in influencing individuals at all levels to embrace change and new ideas. You will manage a dedicated team to deliver the full range of People and Culture programs and activities as well as working closely with leaders across the organisation to increase capability and achieve our goals.
