• Salary package circa $110,000 to $120,000 plus bonus

This established construction company, located on St Kilda Road, is currently seeking an experience HR Analyst to join their team. With a synergistic relationship between HR and the strategic growth of the business, the company is continuing to place a clear focus on developing human capital. As such, they are looking for an individual capable of implementing HRIS and payroll systems, workflow mapping, analysing and reporting on data, creating dashboards, and streamlining processes and procedures for the common good of the business.
 
Reporting to the Head of HR, the core responsibilities of this role will include:

• Designing and implementing a new HRIS and payroll systems, as well as, supporting the development of a workforce planning platform and LMS systems management. 
• Managing dashboard and HR metrics reporting, trend analysis, system troubleshooting and improvements, REM review systems support, internal spreadsheet management, data cleaning, integrity analysis and migration.  
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to determine needs, supporting and training staff on system use as well as creating relevant policies and procedures to support the implementation of this new system. 

The successful candidate for this role will bring extensive experience in excel, spread sheet management, systems implementation and a proven background in HR or Business Analytics. Additionally, they will have high attention to detail and sound conceptual and analytical abilities. Additionally, a tertiary education in HR or related discipline would be highly advantageous, along with technical exposure to cloud based systems.
