Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the management team.
• Collaborating on and ensuring consistency through company policies and contracts.
• Supporting and driving performance improvement plans.
• Conducting confidential investigations.
• Facilitating resolutions for any employees.
• Responding to and escalating enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Developing new tools and strategies to support the HR Function.
• Providing support with special HR Projects.
• Providing support and educating leaders with performance management.

The background and skills we will be looking for include:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR.
• Exposure in a manufacturing environments
• Experience as a HR Generalist.
• Experience in employee and industrial relations.
• Experience working in a large company, ideally global with multiple sites.
• Working knowledge of employment-related laws.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
• High customer focus.
• Results focus with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to build strong relationships and build a positive work culture.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
