We are seeking additional fantastic Recruitment Consultants - Account Managers to join our fast growing and exciting business.  Primary responsibilities are to manage our growing list of clients, work closely with valued candidates while placing into our vast array of roles and continuous management of our data base.

We maintain a very flat management structure, allowing our staff and business to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing market demands.

Suitable applicants will come from a recruitment industry background however your values, work ethic, diligence and willingness to learn will be highly regarded.

Key Duties will invovle:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Finding solutions for clients
  • Screening and shortlisting applicants
  • Interviewing
  • Rostering
  • Maintaining great relationships with all candidates both temporary pools and permanent pools.
  • Working in a team based environment
  • Reporting

To be Successful you will need to have the following:

  • Good computer knowledge

  • Your own reliable transport
  • Previous recruitment experience

Ideally you have experience in Labour hire/ HR in an industrial environment so you understand our client needs and can support our Consultants effectively.

Hours will vary between 6am and 6pm dependent on operational demands.
