We are currently looking for a Senior Careers Redeployment Specialist / Team Lead to refine and enhance our redeployment model. We are currently achieving amazing results through our program and are restless in our approach to make it even better.
This role will work as part of our team to review our current redeployment and career services offering and identify innovative ways to improve the experience and results for our clients. To thoroughly understand our program and services, this role will actively participate in our redeployment offering by helping a portfolio of our clients who are looking to get back in to the job market after an absence through illness or injury.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated capability in recruitment, redeployment and or career coaching ideally with experience in transitioning people into different career paths
- Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
- A mature, empathetic attitude when dealing with individuals who have or are undertaking significant life changes
- Intermediate word, excel, and power point skills
- Ability to work in a team and do what needs to be done to assist our clients
