    Kelly Services are seeking a Service Delivery Industrial Consultant to commence immediately in the Mulgrave Branch. Account Management only - No Sales

    The vacant position is a specialist role where you can utilize your consulting expertise across growing industry sectors including manufacturing, logistics/warehousing, food and beverage and FMCG. the position has a strong focus on account and candidate management requiring you to organically grow your key contracted accounts through outstanding service. The Service Delivery Recruitment Consultant is a primary contact for clients and candidates in providing temporary staffing services.

    The Role:

    The role recruits and places candidates in line with Kelly quality systems and procedures according to our client's criteria to meet Kelly sales, profits and other business objectives

    Your day to day will consist of:

  • You will take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process whilst continuing to develop existing relationships
  • Secure a sound understanding of client requirement needs
  • Regular Client Visits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards to both internal and external customers
  • Maximise sale opportunities with current and prospective clients
  • Screening, Interviewing and Reference Checking
  • Candidate inductions
  • Managing client site requirements
  • Payroll - following up time sheets
  • The successful Account Manager will possess:

  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Ability to develop strong business partnerships
  • Great customer service values
  • Proven sales ability and/or the desire to develop your sales skills
