We are now seeking a new Client Relationship Manager to join our professional and friendly team to manage a hot desk of existing customers across a range of organisations and to further develop these opportunities.  You will service government departments, government owned corporations, statutory authorities and commercial businesses. 

With solid relationships and strong results already established.  This role will leverage our success in this market and develop new opportunities within a number of existing preferred supplier agreement.  This role splits its time between client and candidate relationships.  A key part of the role includes assessment centre facilitation.  You must also be prepared to jump in and help with Interview, Role-plays, team  exercises and reference checking.  TactiCall is a true team dynamic where everyone works together to achieve multiple concurrent volume recruitment projects on time with quality.

You would be a savvy business to business client manager.  Whilst the focus is on managing existing relationship you are also able to identify opportunities to foster and develop additional business opportunities.  This will include appointment setting with other departments within existing client businesses and with new clients from time to time.

Previous experience in the recruitment industry is desirable.  We are seeking a background in business to business stakeholder/relationship management and development.  You are prepared to learn the products and processes of what is a fast changing, dynamic and digitally driven industry about finding the Best People, Best Fit for our customers in a timely manner. You have a genuine interest in talent management and providing an exceptional service to all clients.

TactiCall Recruitment's purpose built office is based in the Brisbane CBD.  The role will be predominantly business hours.  Our customer base is mainly located in South-East Queensland. However some travel may be required.  The salary package on offer will be commensurate to experience including a base salary, super and incentives / bonuses ranging from $65 - $85K per annum
