Mills Resources have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and dynamic recruitment consultant to join our team.  Servicing an existing blue-chip client base and undertaking business development to attract new clients, you will recruit blue collar trades and white collar technical workers in both temporary and permanent capacity for our clients who service the local government, mining, oil and gas and civil construction industries. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking sales activities including marketing calls, attending client visits and obtaining job orders
• Undertaking business development activities, including identifying new clients, developing business development plans, building LinkedIn profile/contacts and attending networking events, with the aim of developing new client relationships
• Recruitment and selection of candidates, including coordinating ad placement, screening and interviewing applicants and reference checking/due diligence activities.
• Coordinating candidate registration and induction process
• Database management (JobAdder)
• General administration

To be successful in this role you must be self-driven, reliable, a team player and have superior organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.  Previous experience recruiting blue and white collar workers across a range of disciplines and sectors is required, along with practical experience of workplace health and safety legislation.
