Who we are: Final Trim Operators is a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment and Labour Hire business with head-quarters in Perth and offices in Karratha, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide specialising in Construction, Mining, Civil, Rail and Trades recruitment.
A little about the role:
FT Workforce’s SA branch has grown eight fold within the last two months and is looking to appoint a full time Recruitment Coordinator to work in close collaboration with the senior recruitment team.
Your daily tasks will include but not be limited to;
- Writing and placing job advertisements in Fast Track 360
- Screening, interviewing, reference checking all new casual and permanent applications
- Ensuring a constant pool of available candidates within various industries
- Ensuring database integrity at all times
In order to be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous recruitment experience advantageous but not essential
- Desire for ongoing training and mentoring
- Meticulous with organisation and resilience to overcome set backs
