We are on the search for a Commercial & Contracts Coordinator to join one of Sydney's most high performing IT and Banking & Finance recruitment agencies.  My client is currently experiencing a high growth phase and are on the search for their next Commercial & Contracts Coordinator to join their experienced team.
  
In this opportunity you will be extremely hands on in the day to day workloads as well as having the ability to have input around process improvements to ensure the smoothest operation, you will also be responsible for:
  
Contractor Management:

• Assisting with the generation of new and updated contract assignment agreements
• Liaising with cross functional internal stakeholder as required / appropriate
• Identify potential process improvements relating to the contract engagement and management process

This exciting opportunity would be suitable for someone who has:

• Experience within a contractor care environment or a resourcer/ recruiter looking for a change
• Experience within a recruitment environment favourable
• Excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude
• Ability to review ‘as is’ processes and drive change initiatives
