Dassault Systèmes has grown rapidly over the last decennia - and continues to grow. Hence we are looking to expand the team with a Talent Acquisition Analyst located in Perth, Australia for a 6 month fixed term staff contract to support a critical project and our graduate program.
As part of the Asia Pacific (APAC) Talent Acquisition team, you will directly support the Talent Acquisition Partner and the APAC Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and recruiting experienced and graduate talent to help our organisation achieve it’s goals.
What will your role be?
Support the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process from the business needs definition to the candidate due diligence stage for experienced hire positions and our current graduate campaign.
Your responsibilities
- Provide further research and market/industry analysis into talent sourcing strategies
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system Taleo with candidate and vacancy progress and changes to maintain excellent data accuracy
- Post job advertisements through our applicant tracking system
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews for experienced hire and graduate roles for a seamless candidate/hiring manager experience
- Engage with vendors and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of the recruitment process
- Assist with prescreening candidates to identify awesome talent
- Assist with organising engaging digital content for our social media strategy
- Assist with the presentation and reporting of selected talent to our internal customers
- Provide input and ideas to help improve our processes and systems
Your key success factors
- Suitable degree qualifications
- Demonstrated success coordinating complex events and challenging stakeholders ideally in a multinational corporate environment
- A demonstrated flair for creating engaging written content. Job advertisement experience highly regarded
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience ensuring data accuracy of a tracking system or database
- Excellent MS Outlook and MS Office applications
- High attention to detail and appreciation for process & compliance
- A temperament to thrive under pressure and ambiguity
- Ability to generate high quality banter and knowing when and not to deliver said banter
- Enjoyment of problem solving and value adding creativity
