About the role
What are we looking for?
VMtech is in an exciting period of growth and we are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract, to join us on a part time basis - 2/3 days per week.
You will be responsibile for end to end recruitment, with a emphasis on sourcing future talent for the business, with a focus on technical IT roles. You will also ensure that all our candidates come away with a positive experience of VMtech and its culture.
What will you be doing?
- Managing the full end to end recruitment cycle across our business
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Proactive sourcing of candidates through professional networks, web and social media and driving referrals to build a talent pipelin, including managing the current database.
- Managing application tracking system and liaising with applicants
- Building the VMtech brand in the marketplace.

Skills and experience
What will you bring to VMtech?
You will have previous recruitment experience within IT, either gained internally or with an external agency. A natural people person, you will enjoy building relationships and are able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, to drive successful outcomes. Proven experience in building talent pipelines is essential, as is experience using a range of online recruitment tools, including social media.
