We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with solid experience in Recruitment to join our rapidly expanding team in Alexandria. In this role, you will gain industry knowledge and international experience, while improving your communication skills and techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders
- Approaching potential candidates via LinkedIn
- Supporting the recruitment of new store openings
- Managing 10+ open vacancies throughout the organisation
- Conduct reference checks to verify candidate eligibility
- Assist with coordinating contracts and offers
- Additional ad-hoc tasks as required
Critical Skills/Competencies
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative attitude
- Sense of urgency and accuracy
- Retail industry experience, preferred
