Opportunity for a Workplace Trainer

With headquarters in South Yarra, we have clients in the Melbourne, Geelong, and Gippsland regions.
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to assist the business with its training needs.
The role will encompass;
- Oversee training in all key areas of operation.
- Develop and facilitate new training (Systems & Soft Skills)
- Facilitate staff induction training.
- Identify knowledge gaps in our remote workforce.
- Communicate with the stakeholders to ensure all training needs are met.
- It is a permanent part-time role (3days a week)
Key selection criteria
- Experience working in a rapidly growing business would be an advantage.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Must be comfortable in working with Apple/Mac equipment.
- High level of interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- You need to enjoy working in a small team and bring a sense of fun and enthusiasm to your work.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
