Your new company
An exciting opportunity has come available for an experienced Recruitment / Business professional to join a federal department on a 12 month fixed term position
Your new role
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, this role will see you managing the day to day operational activities of recruitment and staff within the department. You will assist in all on-boarding or temporary and contract workforce and coordinate rosters, train and manage. This role also involves the management of 3 direct reports and will have a project tasks delegated at an ad hoc basis
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have strong management and recruitment experience. You will be a person who works well under pressure and is able to multi-task. This position is crucial for the department and you must be a candidate who enjoys mentoring and supporting others. Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new software programs are essential in addition the ability to understand, develop and manage recruitment policy and procedures.
This position is for a 12 month contract with the option to extend.
