Account Manager - Recruitment

The Company

Action Workforce is part of an ASX listed organisation and we are in an exciting growth phase. We provide both contract, temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across a range of industry sectors.
 
Our Mulgrave team are successfully growing quarter on quarter. We look after many Blue Chip Logistics organisations, National and Multi-national and have an enviable client list. 
     
Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a busy, established client
• All aspects of recruitment
• Daily Roster Management
• Build successful business relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage a high volume of temporary employees across Western Sydney primarily
• Conduct candidate inductions and on site management of employees 
• Liaising with supervisors and  managers onsite

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience in a fast paced role
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• The ability to work effectively as part of a small, efficient team
• Impeccable customer service and relationship building skills
• Logistics  experience will be highly regarded
