Our Client, is seeking an experienced White Collar Recruiter to join their busy team ASAP. This role will see you recruiting a range of White Collar vacancies along with additional business requirements. 

You will be responsible for the recruitment process including advertising, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates through to conducting reference checks & offering positions. 

We are after agency recruiters looking at stepping in to an internal role. If you are sick of sales targets and would like to work with direct hiring managers then I would like to hear from you. 

 To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Demonstrated experience 5+years in end to end white collar recruitment
• Alternative sourcing techniques including extensive LinkedIn experience 
• Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
• Well-developed communication skills, both written & verbal
• Strong candidate management / relationship building skills
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail is a must
• You will be able to multitask, prioritise and work with high volume recruitment
• Have a genuine love of recruitment and people
• You will be flexible in your approach - but understand that process and structure are an essential part of life
