Your New Opportunity

You will serve as a consultant to the business on human resources related issues and through collaborative partnerships across the organisation, deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organisation.

In your designated portfolio you will:

  • Provide a range of professional, business-focused HR services.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection activities.
  • Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

This an operationally focused role best suited to a professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and who enjoys working closely with the business. You will also support the development of management capability and coach managers and supervisors on organisational initiatives.

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 years' plus experience in a senior HR role.
  • Recruitment and Selection experience.
  • Self directed and driven with demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with employees and managers at all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS and reporting.
