Recently, the Business Support and Call Centre team in Melbourne have experienced unprecedented growth and as a result we are once again looking to increase our team. We are seeking a Recruiter to support us in managing our largest account. The successful Recruiter will be tasked with overseeing the ongoing management of approximately 100 contractors and ensuring quality customer service is offered to the client at all times.
This Account Management style role will be busy and varied and your daily tasks will include the following;
• Regular weekly on site client visits
• Managing any performance issues that arise
• Daily administration
• Ensuring that recruitment processes are adhered to at all times
• Participating in team meetings
• Instigating candidate care initiatives
• Managing the payroll and time sheet queries of your contractors
To ensure the ongoing success of this key relationship with our client, we are looking for a person that prides themselves on customer service. You will be confident, charismatic and an excellent communicator. Organisation and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to problem solve, effectively liaise with a wide variety of people and can successfully multitask.
Due to the nature of the role and the requirements of our client, this opportunity is only open to Australian Citizens. Recruitment experience would be advantageous yet it’s not essential. We would however like to see previous experience in an office environment with a high level of customer service.
