The role of a Sales Consultant at PageGroup revolves around business development, commercial customer service and generating revenue whilst engaging clients, candidates and your colleagues.

Description

Our Sales Consultant position offers a challenging and stimulating career which will further develop interpersonal and commercial skills, giving you real responsibility for your personal and professional growth. You will gain exposure to all areas of the role, and work closely with a team of high-performing professionals.

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients;
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance;
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond; and
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.

Profile

This role is best suited to an individual whom has the following;

  • The ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • An engaging personality and can-do attitude
  • Proven leadership qualities; whether this is from work experience, a sporting background or extra-curricular activities in school/university
  • An openness to global relocation's
  • Prior experience within an outbound call centre is desired however not essential
