Your Day to Day:
You will see yourself being extremely hands on in this diverse role, looking after the following:
- Managing the internal HR queries
- Facilitating the on-boarding/off-boarding and induction processes for all new Sydney staff
- Assist with the internship and graduate recruitment processes
- Assisting with appraisal programs
- Coordinating state career fairs
- Organising staff benefits schemes
- Assisting with HR analysis, reporting schemes and process administration
You’ll Need
We would love to talk to candidates who are reliable, innovative and meets the below requirements:
- 3-5 years HR experience within a corporate environment
- Tertiary education with a major in business or human resources
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office re and adhere to strict deadlines
- High level of self-motivation, energy and desire to succeed
- Solid team player
