Due a national growth we are now looking for an Internal Recruiter. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process of an Allied Healthcare provider working within a professional recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising new roles
- Resumes reviews and follow up of candidates
- Professional Reference checks
- Interviews face to face and over the phone
- Selection to negotiation and offers - all process involved until hiring
- Headhunting - high volume
- All recruitment related tasks
Must have:
- A current National Police Clearance - to work with vulnerable people
- Strong attention to detail, time management and exemplary customer service
- Impeccable references * 2 as minimum
