HR Advisor role at a very unique government agency based in the North Shore.
Your new company
Leading NSW Government department based in Sydney’s Northshore are seeking a highly capable and ambitious HR Generalist/Advisor to provide support to the business on a 3-4 month contract with potential for extension. This office is one of the government’s more unique working environments - if you like Wildlife and work in HR, read on.
Your new role
This is a great change project role that will combine aspects of the following:
· End to end recruitment duties
· Supporting on ER/IR related matters
· Assist on the development and improvement of the internal performance management processes
· Coordinate the resources for L&D practices
You will have relevant local work experience providing you with an understanding of Australian employment law. You will have excellent communication skills, be a highly competent coordinator, and be well versed in processing in a complex regulatory environment. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders. Experience in the public sector is preferable but not essential.
