RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Instrumental to our planned future growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our management team, taking full ownership and accountability for our Group recruitment function.
Our focus is on quality hires so this is a very unique position with autonomy working in close relationship with our senior leadership team recruiting the very best talent that will define and benefit our Group future success.
The inherent duties of the Recruitment Manager will include but will not be limited to;
- Liaising with, advising and supporting Managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Advertising, sourcing, shortlisting & screening all applications.
- Managing the interviews process
- Coordinating all job offers & employment contract execution
- Managing onboarding process
- Employee performance reviews
