Our client is a leading Property Development Group with a range of diverse business interests and investments.  Located in bright, modern offices in the inner South Eastern/Bayside are, the business is fast growing, fast-paced, innovative and entrepreneurial.  Come on board at a critical time and play a key role in developing a 'best in class' HR service, where you'll play a key role in helping to develop and maintain the positive and vibrant culture.

As part of a collaborative HR Team, you'll be the HR Advisor supporting the Construction and Corporate Services Division, responsible for approximately 150 staff.  This is a true 'generalist' role where you'll help develop and roll-out HR processes and implement a range of HR programs consistent with the rest of the company.  Provide proactive HR expertise and support to the division for the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, reward & recognition practices and reporting etc.

We're looking for a confident, engaging HR Advisor with experience in the Construction sector and a sound understanding of relevant Award and Fairwork legislation. In this busy, ever-changing environment, you'll need to hit the ground running and take on some urgent but interesting projects.  You'll be the first point of contact for all HR related issues within your division, so a friendly, helpful and service oriented approach will be essential.
