The Role:
We are seeking a vibrant experienced recruiter who can make real contribution to the continued success of our Melbourne office focusing on permanent talent acquisition in the technology space.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT recruiter looking to focus their career on talent search and acquisition, rather than sales or business development. You’ll report to an Account Manager and have a defined client base you can partner with, a solid pipeline of complex opportunities to source, no sales or business development targets, and an agency style bonus structure that rewards delivery and service performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing of specialist technology candidates
- Advertising and attracting suitable candidates for current and prospective roles
- Conducting interviews to ensure a suitable match to the requirements of the clients
- Establishing and maintaining candidate talent pools
- Providing a high level of customer service both internally and externally
- Achieving placement targets
To be considered for this highly lucrative role you should have:
- Solid recruitment experience from either agency or internal
- Excellent communication and service delivery skills
- Experience in engaging and activating passive talent pools
- Strive to go the extra mile, tenacity, determination and a focus on consistent outcome
