This global manufacturing corporate is seeking an HR Business Partner with a strong background in ER / IR to join the team. You’ll be partnering with a large client group for all thing people-related, challenging the status quo to drive results and increase organisational effectiveness. This role is a mix of strategy and delivery, so you need to be comfortable with setting the strategy and then rolling your sleeves up and delivering it. You’ll take a lead role in Industrial Relations, moving beyond compliance to setting the future strategy, managing negotiations and establishing valued relationships with unions.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Business Partner with extensive experience in ER / IR, either as a specialist or within an HRBP role. You’ll be a trusted partner, with strong influencing skills and the ability to deliver great results. Great communication skills, a strong team player and the ability to adapt to a changing environment are essential.
