The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in human resources with an understanding of APS recruitment, pay and conditions, learning & development, and work health safety matters. You will be required to work effectively within a team environment and autonomously.
To be successful for short listing, you will possess:
- Previous experience within HR within a government environment.
- Proven knowledge of APS recruitment practices.
- An adaptable approach to your work, with the ability to learn tasks quickly and ‘hit the ground running’.
- A Baseline security clearance or higher is essential.
This opportunity is ready for an immediate commencement and is available for an initial period of three months with the possibility of an extension.
