About the role
The Safety, Environment and Wellbeing Business Unit is looking for an experienced Manager to Lead and manage the systems team to provide contemporary Health, Safety and Environment systems to enable the Water Corporation to deliver continuing performance improvements and global best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Safety and Wellbeing, this role will drive improvements in HSE management systems, data management, IT incident management systems and reporting. This role will require someone with extensive experience in leading, developing and implementing accredited HSE management frameworks & systems and identifying technological software solutions to support positive HSE outcomes for large complex organisations.
Skills & Experience
-
A Degree level qualification in Occupational Safety, Health, or Environment related discipline

Extensive experience and demonstrated achievements in leading, developing and implementing IT and software solutions to support HSE outcomes for large complex organisations.

Substantial experience in Management Systems to support HSE, as a process owner; “ hands on” and management experience in the development of corporate management systems, procedures and processes

Extensive professional and broad ranging experience in HSE, including performance reporting at all levels of an organisation, including board level, within a large multi-disciplined organisation.

Substantial experience in conducting high level investigations, assigning actions and verification of close out.

Considerable experience and demonstrated achievements in leading a group of multidisciplinary staff.
